Where We Ship

 ->United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, and PO Boxes).

 ->International: We ship to most countries worldwide.

Note: We currently don’t ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Processing & Delivery Times (after your order ships) 

United States: Free shipping on orders over $99, estimated delivery 4–7 business days.

Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen carrier delays

Custom/prescription lens orders may require additional 3-5 business days.

 

Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS/UPS (U.S.) and DHL/UPS/FedEx (international), selected by region to ensure the best service.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

 

Taxes & Duties 

->U.S. Orders: Enjoy tax-free shopping! No tax will be applied at checkout.

->International Orders: Import duties, VAT/GST, and any applicable brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

Note: All shipping costs are calculated without tax, and applicable duties may be assessed upon arrival when required by law.

Lost or Damaged Shipments 

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@dymesty.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll assist with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Address Changes, Modifications & Cancellations

You may request changes or cancellation before the order ships. Once an order enters fulfillment or prescription lens processing, changes may no longer be possible. For Kickstarter backers, we will ship to the address you confirm in the backer survey. 

 

Delivery Time Calculation

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Handling Time: 5 days to process your order

Transit Time: 7-10 days depending on destination

 

EXPRESS ZONE (12 Days Total)

Countries: USA, Canada, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Ireland, Italy, Australia, New Zealand

Handling: 5 days + Transit: 7 days = 12 days total

Free Shipping on orders $99+, otherwise $14.99

 

STANDARD ZONE (15 Days Total)
