What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and most major credit cards, and of course, we also support installment payments.

What if I order the wrong frame?

No worries. Within 30 days of delivery you can exchange for a different frame. Items must be in like-new condition with all accessories. (Custom prescription lenses follow our return policy.)

How can I cancel my order?

Contact support@dymesty.com as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once fulfillment or prescription processing starts, cancellation may not be possible.

How can I order a product that's out of stock?

Join the waitlist on the product page or subscribe to our newsletter—we’ll notify you as soon as it’s back or available to pre-order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, guest checkout is available. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders, manage warranty, and view support history.

How to get a new customer discount code?

Subscribe to our newsletter (pop-up or footer). Codes must be entered at checkout and can’t be combined with other offers unless stated.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been shipped?

Once shipped, we can’t modify the order. If needed, use our return/exchange process after delivery.

Products & Features

Can I customize the lenses?

  • Yes. You can add a prescription (single-vision or progressive), pick high-index (e.g., 1.74 index), and choose options like blue light filtering, anti-glare, and scratch-resistant coatings.
  • Sun lenses – Not customizable. Our sun lenses are non-Rx with fixed tint/polarization as shown. If you need prescription sunglasses, order the frames and have a local optical shop fit Rx sun lenses.
  • Don’t need lenses now? You can purchase the frames and have lenses fitted later at your local optician.

How do I set up my new device?

  1. Download the Dymesty app (iOS/Android).
  2. Power on the glasses and pair via Bluetooth in the app.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to update firmware and enable features (AI assistant, translation, notes).

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Yes, 1 year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, plus 30-day returns. See the full policy for details.

Dymesty AI Glasses feature a powerful real-time AI translation assistant. Wearing AI glasses is like having a simultaneous interpreter with you, as they can translate more than 100 languages, eliminating language barriers during business trips.

Will Dymesty AI Glasses make phone calls more intuitively?

Yes, absolutely. Dymesty AI glasses are equipped with built-in speakers and microphones, allowing you to make and answer calls through the built-in AI voice assistant without hesitation.

What is Dymesty AI Glasses' AI meeting features?

Dymesty AI Glasses' AI meeting assistant is also very useful. There is no need to take out your phone; the Dymesty AI Glasses can record meeting information and automatically generate smart summaries.

Which AI does Dymesty AI Glasses connect to?

We have developed and trained our own AI large model based on multiple large models (including ChatGPT, etc.), which is used for the AI interaction functions of Dymesty AI Glasses.

What is the Phone Loss Alert feature?

When you step more than 8 meters away, Dymesty AI glasses give a gentle voice alert (such as "You left your phone behind"), providing a crucial heads-up to prevent loss.

What is Dymesty's one-sided audio privacy feature?

Simply long-press 3 seconds on Dymesty to mute one side, so only you can hear the call—perfect for sensitive discussions or AI interactions.

Under typical usage conditions, the battery lasts approximately 48+hours. The battery life will be longer if only basic features are used.

Using the original charging cable, it takes about 1 hour to charge from 0% to 100%.

Can I get through a full day without carrying a charger?

Yes, our AI glasses typically last around 48 hours, so they're perfectly fine for a day out.

    Pre-orders begin shipping in November. Processing may be longer during peak seasons or for prescription orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Import duties/VAT may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility. We currently don’t ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

How can I track my order?

We’ll email a tracking link once your package ships. You can also check status in track my order.

Why does the tracking page say “shipment pending” or “error”?

Carriers may take 24–48 hours to update scans, or there may be customs/transfer delays. If it doesn’t update after 48 hours, contact support@dymesty.com.

Can Dymesty ship to PO BOX Address?

Not at this time. Please provide a physical street address.

Return & Refund

How to return or exchange for a right frame?

Email support@dymesty.com within 15 days of delivery to request an RMA. Return items in like-new condition with all accessories. We’ll exchange or refund after inspection.

Can I receive a refund if I forgot to apply a discount?

Contact us within 7 days of purchase. If eligible under our price-adjustment rules and the order hasn’t shipped, we can help apply the discount or issue a one-time adjustment.

Should I need to pay for the return shipping?

  • Non-quality returns/exchanges: customer pays return shipping.
  • Quality issues or our error: we cover the shipping.

I received Dymesty AI Glasses as a gift, but it doesn't fit. Can I exchange it?

Yes—provide the order number or proof of purchase and we’ll assist with an exchange within the 15-day window.

What is the warranty and return policy for Dymesty AI glasses?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

· Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

· Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

· Custom products, such as glasses with prescription lenses, personalized items, or special orders.

· Sale items, gift cards, and accessories are non-refundable.

Damages or Issues

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item is:

· Defective

· Damaged

· Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

Please contact support@dymesty.com immediately upon receipt. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

 

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 15-day cooling-off period. This allows you to cancel or return your order within 15 days for any reason, without justification.

· Returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).

· Proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges

· To get a different item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order separately.

· This ensures faster processing and availability of your desired product.

Refunds

· Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

· If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
