DYMESTY LIMITED WARRANTY

DYMESTY AI Glasses combine refined design with rigorous manufacturing standards. In addition to the legal warranty provided under applicable local laws, your product is covered by DYMESTY’s Limited Manufacturer Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Where consumer-protection laws grant you additional rights, this Limited Warranty supplements (does not limit or replace) those rights.

WARRANTY TERMS

  • Frame, hinges, and embedded electronics: one year from the date of purchase (or from date of delivery for pre-orders/crowdfunding), and two years for customers in European Union (EU) or European Free Trade Association (EFTA) countries.
  • Battery: covered for manufacturing defects within the warranty term (natural capacity loss from normal use is not a defect).

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

  • Scratches, abrasions, chemical damage, stains, or issues caused by improper cleaning
  • Accidents, misuse/abuse, drops, crushing, liquid ingress, or improper storage
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modifications, or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., nose pads, temple sleeves, minor cosmetic changes)
  • Optical issues arising from third-party lens fitting or later prescription changes
  • Software settings, third-party apps/accessories, or incompatibilities beyond DYMESTY’s control
  • Damage from use outside intended environmental/operating conditions

HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY REQUEST

Please prepare and submit the following via support@dymesty.com:

  1. Proof of purchase (mandatory)
  2. Product serial/ID (if applicable)
  3. Description of the issue and when it occurs
  4. Photos/videos clearly showing the problem (overall and close-up)
  5. Relevant app screenshots/logs if it’s a software/connection issue

PROCESS

  • We typically complete an initial assessment within 2–3 business days after receiving complete information.
  • If the claim qualifies, we will repair or replace the product (or an equivalent model if the original is no longer available).
  • Shipping method and cost responsibility will be specified in the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) instructions and may vary by region and outcome, in compliance with local laws.

For pre-order/crowdfunding purchases, please include your platform order ID and delivery details to expedite verification.

REPAIRS (OUT OF WARRANTY)

If your product is outside the warranty period or the issue is not covered, DYMESTY can offer paid repair or replacement options. We will provide a quote for your approval before proceeding. If you cannot access the original point of sale, please submit a Service Request directly via our website.
