Pre-Order Timeline

DYMESTY AI Glasses are in pre-order and are estimated to begin shipping in November 2025. Orders will be fulfilled in the order received. We’ll email updates as we move from production to fulfillment.  

Where We Ship

 • United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, and PO Boxes).
 • International: We ship to most countries worldwide.
Note: We currently don’t ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Processing & Delivery Times (after your order ships)

• United States: Free shipping, estimated delivery 5–8 business days.
• All other regions: Flat rate $30, estimated delivery 7–14 business days.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen carrier delays.
Custom/prescription lens orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS/UPS (U.S.) and DHL/UPS/FedEx (international), selected by region to ensure the best service.
 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Taxes & Duties

• U.S. orders: Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.
• International orders: Import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charge.

Lost or Damaged Shipments 

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@dymesty.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll assist with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address Changes, Modifications & Cancellations

You may request changes or cancellation before the order ships. Once an order enters fulfillment or prescription lens processing, changes may no longer be possible. For Kickstarter backers, we’ll ship to the address you confirm in the backer survey.
