[America, May 27, 2026, Dymesty] — Dymesty, maker of the world's first full-titanium AI smart glasses, today announced the release of Dymesty 2.0, a major software update introducing new Universal AI features and a range of experience-level improvements across its companion app. The update is available now for existing users via the Dymesty app.
The centerpiece of the 2.0 release is a suite of Universal AI features covering recording, translation, conversational assistance, and schedule management.
Gains an expanded intelligent layer. Users can now fully edit transcription text, customize speaker names with one-click full-text replacement, and re-edit transcripts at any time. Following edits, AI-generated summaries can be regenerated to reflect updated content. A new Historical Record Search function allows keyword-based retrieval across all saved recordings, eliminating the need for manual browsing. The recording module also supports AI-powered Q&A — users can enter a chat interface directly from any recording to ask questions about its content, request summaries, or have free-form conversations with the AI assistant.
Receives a parallel set of improvements. An Auto Language Detection mode intelligently identifies the source language without manual selection. Completed translations include audio playback of the original captured audio alongside AI-generated summaries of translated content. As with recordings, a Historical Translation Search function enables keyword-based access to past sessions. The translation module also integrates the same AI Q&A capability, allowing users to query translated content or interact with the assistant independently of any active translation session.
Introduces optimized response speed and accuracy. The assistant supports voice input and is designed for access to schedules, task queries, and general conversational AI across personal, professional, and daily use scenarios.
Adds calendar management directly within the app. Users can create events with reminders, navigate to the current date, and sync with Google Calendar, Outlook, and local device calendars to consolidate schedules into a single management view.
Alongside the new AI features, Dymesty 2.0 addresses four areas of core product experience.
Positioning accuracy and response speed have been enhanced through technical optimization combined with both manual and automatic calibration strategies. Users disconnecting and reconnecting their glasses will be guided through calibration automatically; manual calibration with step-by-step instructions remains available.
Has been redesigned with context-aware permission requests, customized prompts, and secondary guidance flows for users who initially decline permission. When Bluetooth access is disabled, the app surfaces clear explanatory messages — such as "Bluetooth is not enabled. Unable to search for devices" — to ensure users understand the impact on functionality.
Now uses iOS Live Activities and Android foreground services to show users a clear visual indicator of background recording or active session status. The implementation is designed to balance user awareness with recording privacy considerations.
Has been streamlined with optimized automatic log uploads and a simplified feedback interface, reducing the friction involved in reporting issues and improving the speed at which the team can diagnose problems.
Dymesty 2.0 is available as an over-the-air update through the Dymesty app on iOS and Android. Existing Dymesty AI Glasses users will receive the update automatically. Further information is available at dymesty.com.
